In order to prevent your workers from calling in sick all the time, promote fitness among them. The best way to do this is to organise outdoor activities that will help them stretch their body.

Promoting a bicycle race is a great activity. In order to work this out among your company members, you have to explain to them the benefits of being active. Point out to them that they will be more capable of producing high output if they are healthy and happy. Then, encourage them to participate in the activity.

Get as much employees as you can to join the bike race. As a leader of the team, you need to show them a good example by taking part of it too. You can schedule the event during non-working days. Or, you can set it up at the end of the working week and give them the rest of the weekend to recuperate from the rigorous activity.

Plan a route that is not too difficult for your employees if you do not want them to back out. Your main goal is to get them to work out their body and not to exhaust them.

There are several other activities that you can organise for your members. You just have to make sure that they are up to every challenge that you present them.
